Description

Three-storey villa, located right on the Adriatic coast with a beach and a pier. From the window opens a breathtaking view of the bay and the islands. The villa is located in Risan, one of the oldest cities in Montenegro, 30 minutes’ drive from Tivat airport. The villa was built in 2000, according to the individual design of the famous architect J. Jovanovic. The villa area is 400 m², situated on the plot 590 m². Facade and interior decoration are made of natural stone and marble.

On the first floor there is a fireplace room, a bar, a kitchen, a dining room, a library, a toilet.

On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, kitchen-dining room, bathroom and toilet, 2 terraces.

On the third floor: two separate apartments (35 m² each) + a large terrace. The house is fully furnished, with home appliances, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 telephone lines, autonomous water supply, and floor heating.

In the courtyard is a summer terrace with mini kitchen and stone grill, lawn and garden. Next to it there is a separate two-story, stone house, with 80 m², built in 1998, with its own courtyard and garage.
