Pullman Hotel Chain to Open the First Five Star Resort Hotel in Bar in 2025.

Following on from last week’s news that Melia International were building a new hotel in the coastal resort of Becici, it’s now the turn of the Pullman Hotel Chain who have recently announced their latest Investment project in Bar, with the Pullman Resort & Residences Project due to open in 2025.

The first five-star property in the popular coastal resort the hotel will offer 165 modern and comfortable rooms, along with 244 residences spread over 11 floors which will all feature Sea or Mountain Range views.  Focusing on a high-quality service with amenities to match, the Pullman Resort and Residences will boast a gym, retail area, children’s area, beachside pool, spa, outdoor pool plus a ballroom, three meeting rooms & a variety of restaurants and bars. Guests will also have direct access to the Bar Riviera Beach.

Dilik Sezer who is the Development Director  for South Eastern Europe at Accor (who own the Pullman Hotel Chain) commented in a recent press interview that ‘they were excited to announce the first five star international property in Bar, which will have the facilities and amenities to meet the needs of the local community & tourists.

The Pullman Resort and Residences Hotel marks an important Milestone for one of the largest investment projects in Montenegro’. Dilik went on to add that the aim is to ensure that the hotel is the preferred choice for both leisure and business travellers.

Accor will be building the Resort project in Partnership with the Liko Soho Group who are a leading Investment and Construction company in Bar. Their projects have paved the way for the modern architecture that’s now prevalent throughout the City & this new hotel project will be no exception, with no expenses spared. Igor Lysov is a founder and majority shareholder of the Group, and he expressed that ‘From the very beginning, it was our biggest ambition to cooperate with an experienced partner suitable to the scale of the project, hence we chose Accor. We believe that vast experience combined with our persistence will create a long and synergetic relationship that will bring success and boost the tourism industry in Montenegro’.

Montenegro isn’t the only country in which the Pullman Brand is expanding, with new residences set to open in Bulgaria, Hamburg and Albania within the next few years.
