IHG Hotels Set to Open Their First Luxury Resort in Montenegro

As developments continue to grow in Montenegro with the increased demand for travel and tourism to this stunning part of the World, the IHG Hotel Group have decided that now is the perfect time to be establishing their first luxury hotel in the country.

The Amma Canj Resort will be part of a franchise agreement between IHG and Celebic Group, which will be developing the Hotel with the aim of opening in 2023. Located on the Biserna Obala coastline which is particularly known for it’s beautiful forests and rocky hillsides, the hotel will take advantage of the natural surroundings and elevated position, offering fabulous views over the Bay.

Features of the New Resort will include 198 rooms of which there will be 60 suites, a main restaurant and rooftop bar, fully equipped fitness centre, several indoor & outdoor facilities, a spa & sauna plus a swimming pool with it’s own bar. There will also be a business centre, a ballroom for weddings & an underground car park.

When countries like Montenegro can attract these luxury names such as the IHG Hotel Group, it’s a huge benefit to tourism, the economy & the property market, especially properties for sale and properties rent in the local vicinity of the new development.
