CMM Group is 15 years Old!

Having started back in 2006, with the launch of our Management division, CMM Group has now become a fully established Property Company, servicing clients right across the globe and fulfilling their Real Estate wishes in both Montenegro & Spain.

After our first launch, they rapidly progressed with Hotels, VIP Clubs, New Office Openings, Development Projects and Legal Offices, throughout which time they’ve gathered a very impressive resume, including winning three certificates of excellence, receiving recognition from VTB as the best overseas Real Estate company, Awarded the ‘Best Property’ Award meeting the ISO standards of quality and taking 16th place in the list of the best 100 companies to work for in Montenegro.

When it comes to Buying Real Estate often it’s better to just deal with one company that fully understands the market, and is able to meet your every need including applying for the correct documentation when it comes to Residency and Legal paperwork, and so on the last 15 years, CMM Group has prioritised this service part of their business, resulting in a minimum of 10,000 buyers have found their dream home with the group.

The CMM VIP club has proven to be extremely popular and essentially involves having your own personal manager in Montenegro, to help with buying your property, furnishing and design of your property, organizing events and conferences for business clients, discounts in restaurants, hotels and activities, concierge services and drivers on hand, for when you need them. The tourism department has also been extremely helpful, dealing with excursions, car hire, yacht rental, transfers, and management of hotels or apartment bookings.
